To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

- Unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
Exchanges are available without requiring a reason, provided the item meets our exchange conditions. This includes (but is not limited to) size preferences, satisfaction concerns, or product issues.
Exchange Shipping & Coverage:
- We cover the shipping cost for the first exchange.
- Any additional exchanges (if requested) will be borne by the customer.
- In cases of defective or incorrect items, all exchange shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
Return Policy:
- We currently do not offer refunds only exchanges are allowed.
- All approved cases are handled strictly as exchanges only.
- Payments made for delivered orders are non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange

- Share your order details and product images for verification.
- Once approved, send the item back to us (shipping details will be provided).
- After inspection of the returned item, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Exchange requests made after the 7-day window will not be entertained.
