We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked exchange from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

This means you can request an exchange even if you’re unsure about the fit or feel, as long as the item meets our exchange requirements.

Exchange Conditions:

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery 
  
• The item must be:
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached

Exchanges are available without requiring a reason, provided the item meets our exchange conditions. This includes (but is not limited to) size preferences, satisfaction concerns, or product issues.

Exchange Shipping & Coverage:

• We cover the shipping cost for the first exchange.
• Any additional exchanges (if requested) will be borne by the customer.
• In cases of defective or incorrect items, all exchange shipping costs will be fully covered by us. 

Return Policy: 

• We currently do not offer refunds only exchanges are allowed.  
• All approved cases are handled strictly as exchanges only.
• Payments made for delivered orders are non-refundable.

Sale & Discounted Items: 

• Items purchased during promotions or store-wide discounts are eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
• Refunds are not available on discounted or sale items.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp (0309-8060625) or email (support@shanzayousafzai.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.  
2. Share your order details and product images for verification.  
3. Once approved, send the item back to us (shipping details will be provided).  
4. After inspection of the returned item, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

Important Notes: 

• Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Exchange requests made after the 7-day window will not be entertained.
• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
